Hip & Sip, is an adult hip-hop workout and social event designed for those who know how to work hard and play hard.

This one hour cardio class is inspired by some of your favorite hip hop and club bangers and is sure to leave you smiling, sweating and letting loose!

Once the class wraps, stick around for a laid-back social with a selection of drinks to enjoy while you mingle and unwind.
